Puka Wealth Profit Sharing Plan

Puka Wealth LLC provides eligible members the opportunity to participate in the Puka Wealth Profit Sharing Plan.
Members do not directly purchase or hold equity in the underlying companies solely by virtue of their participation in the Plan.
The Plan holds the underlying investment interests in trust for the benefit of participating members. Each member’s participation and economic interest are recorded according to the terms of the Plan and the applicable investment agreement.
Benefits and distributions attributable to an opportunity are allocated to participating members according to their respective Plan holdings and applicable governing documents.
